The site forms part of the historic Concordia farm, and is one of the landmarks in Paarl’s Main Road, with the existing KWV building, an architectural grande dame steeped in history in the Cape Winelands. As part of the revitalisation of the existing building is the development of the underutilized portion of the property formerly used as a KWV’s recreation complex. The new complex development includes two new four story buildings and basement parking with sensitively designed facades and proportions that reference the historic building on site.
